David Duncan, Attorney

Educated in Oregon, Mr. Duncan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis & Clark College and his JD from Willamette University College of Law. He is a member of the Oregon and Hawaii State Bar Associations as well as the Multnomah Bar Association and an Eagle Scout.

His expertise lies in the area of criminal law. As the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Honolulu and Assistant Attorney General in Guam, Mr. Duncan has handled everything from misdemeanors like DUI and drug and alcohol cases to felonies involving criminal sexual conduct and domestic violence. His ability to know and understand the prosecution gives him a large advantage when defending his clients.

Mr. Duncan also has experience in employment law, family law and estate and tort issues.
